We're expanding our Digital Team and looking for a motivated Digital Applications Support Apprentice! This is your chance to work towards an SCQF Level 6 Qualification right here in Fearn. 💻

What you'll be doing:

• Digital Finance & Transactions: Dive into day-to-day finance using Xero, handling digital invoicing, tracking purchase orders, and making sure all records are spot-on. 💰 (Excel might help with extra tracking!)
• Order & Stock Management: Process customer orders and keep stock levels updated on Shopify, making sure our digital workflows for fulfillment and inventory are smooth. 📦 (Excel could be useful for stock analysis!)
• Digital Comms & Customer Engagement: Connect with customers using Klaviyo, sending updates and replying to queries, ensuring all interactions are logged. 📧 (Outlook for emails and scheduling is key!)
• Data Management & Record Keeping: Keep our digital files across Xero, Shopify, and Klaviyo accurate and organised for easy access. 📁 (Word and Excel for documentation will be handy!)
• Workflow Processing & Team Support: Tackle requests and help the team by updating our digital systems, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. 🤝 (Microsoft Teams for communication!)
• Digital Reporting & Documentation: Create and update digital reports and checklists using Xero and Shopify to keep everyone informed. 📊 (Excel and Word for reports!)
• System Maintenance & Data Validation: Help keep our data in Xero, Shopify, and Klaviyo current and accurate. ✅ (Excel for data validation!)
• Learning & Process Improvement: Get stuck into ANTA’s digital finance and operations processes with ongoing training and support to boost your digital skills. 📚 (Word and Teams for training and collaboration!)

Your Learning Journey:

This vocational apprenticeship is tailored to your role at ANTA. You’ll have a dedicated QA Skills Coach and an on-site mentor to guide you. They'll help you settle in, develop all the skills you need to smash your job and assessments, and offer one-to-one support. We'll identify your strengths, plan your growth, and fill any skill gaps with immersive training that's directly applicable to your work. You'll understand the qualification you gain and how it fits your daily role. Upon completion, you’ll have valuable work experience and a nationally recognised SCQF Level 6 qualification. 🎓

Key responsibilities
