What You'll Be Doing:
- Dive In: Become a vital team member from the get-go, jumping into client work and growing your responsibilities as you develop.
- Client Adventures: Work with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations, charities, and more. π€
- Audit Insights: Conduct thorough reviews of financial records and processes, playing a key role in ensuring accuracy and building trust with stakeholders. π§
- Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues and build strong relationships with clients, mostly based in our Birmingham office or at client sites. π£οΈ
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: A minimum of 136 UCAS points across three A levels (or equivalent Level 3 qualification).
- Right to Work: Must have existing, permanent right to live and work in the UK. π¬π§
- Drive & Resilience: The motivation and grit to tackle an accelerated, academically demanding programme. πͺ
- Organisation: Super strong organisational and time-management skills to juggle work, study, and life. ποΈ
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills to share ideas clearly and work effectively with others. π’
