From day one, you'll be studying to become a Chartered Accountant. Don't worry, we’ve got your back every step of the way with loads of support. We’ll be there for your first exams and beyond! 📚

What we're looking for:
We reckon passion, personality, and being your unique self are key to crushing it at RSM. If you’re keen to grow, collaborate, and make a real difference, here’s what you’ll need:
- Got the grades? We’re looking for 112 UCAS points from three A levels (or equivalent), 104 UCAS points from four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, or a good Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level).
- You need to have the permanent right to live and work in the UK. 🇬🇧
- You can chat and write clearly, explaining even complex stuff to your team and clients. 🗣️
- You’ve got a knack for spotting problems and figuring out solutions by looking at data. 💡
- You’re great with people, building connections and keeping your cool under pressure. 😎
- A genuine buzz for business and all things commerce, plus awesome organisation and time management skills. ⏱️
- Ready to head out to client sites and other offices when needed. ✈️
