  • Design, build, and maintain internal applications used across RSM UK's audit teams. 🏗️
  • Translate audit needs into straightforward, reliable, and user-friendly app features. ✅
  • Support the creation and testing of tools that streamline audit procedures and boost consistency. 💯
  • Collaborate with developers, data specialists, and audit stakeholders to perfect products before launch. 🤝
  • Monitor app performance and user feedback to ensure our tools continuously meet audit team requirements. 📊
  • Gain a solid understanding of finance, accounting, and audit while studying for the CFAB qualification. 📚

You'll primarily work from the office or client sites, offering a great chance to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients while getting the support you need as you kickstart your career. 🏢💼

What we're looking for:

We're searching for ambitious, curious individuals eager to get involved. Here's what you'll need:

  • Minimum of 112 UCAS points from three A levels (or equivalent Level 3 qualification), OR 104 UCAS points from four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, OR an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level). 🎓
  • The permanent right to live and work in the UK. 🇬🇧
  • A genuine passion for technology and data analytics. 💡
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. 🧠
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 🗣️
  • A keen eye for detail and a dedication to high-quality work. 🔍
  • The ability to adapt to change and embrace continuous learning. 🔄
  • A background in Maths, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field would be a bonus but isn't required. ➕
  • Experience with data analysis tools like Alteryx, SQL, or Python is helpful but not essential. 🔧
