From day one, you'll jump into real client projects, learn from experienced pros, and grow your responsibilities as your confidence soars. Most of your learning will happen IRL – in client meetings, team huddles, and chats with colleagues who've mastered solving tough business puzzles. 🤝
Your Starting Point
You'll kick off in one of our two major teams:
- Finance Function Support: Ensuring businesses have airtight confidence in their finances, from accurate current data to meeting standards and prepping for the future. 💰
- Risk and Governance: Helping organisations navigate uncertainty and build trust through robust processes and compliance. 🛡️

What You Could Be Doing
Expect a dynamic week, split between the office and client sites – because that's where the magic happens! ✨ You'll be working alongside supportive colleagues who will push you to grow. Depending on your chosen team, you might be:
- Crafting financial statements and ensuring compliance. 📊
- Transforming numbers into insights that drive smart client decisions.💡
- Connecting with people across all levels of an organisation. 🗣️
- Analyzing data, reviewing documents, and testing risk management processes. 🕵️♀️
- Contributing to the full audit and assurance cycle, from planning to presenting findings. ✍️
- Delivering actionable recommendations to boost how organisations operate. ✅
What We're Looking For
No prior experience needed! You don't have to have your entire career mapped out, and definitely don't need all the answers right now. We're searching for individuals who are:
- Curious: Always asking "why" and "how." 🤔
- Proactive: Eager to get involved and make things happen. 💪
- Team Players: Love collaborating and working with others. 👯
- Academically Driven:
- A minimum of 112 UCAS points from three A levels (or equivalent).
- Or 104 UCAS points from four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers.
- Or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level).
- Eligible to Work: Must have the existing permanent right to live and work in the UK. 🇬🇧
- Mobile: Willing to travel to client sites and other offices as needed. ✈️

- Taking part in the full audit and assurance lifecycle, from planning through to report writing and presenting findings.
