Get this: you'll start studying for your Chartered Accountant qualification from day one! 🤓 We've got your back every step of the way, with support for your first exams within months. You won't be going it alone! 💪
You'll be making an impact by:
- Becoming a vital team member from the get-go, jumping into client work and quickly taking ownership of projects. 🌟
- Teaming up with a diverse range of clients – from local businesses to huge listed companies, and even charities and pension schemes. 🤝
- Primarily working from the office or at client sites, building awesome relationships with your colleagues and getting the support you need to smash it early in your career. 🏢
What we're scouting for:
We reckon passion, personality, and a unique spark are key to crushing it at RSM. If you're on the hunt for a role where you can level up, collaborate, and truly make a difference, here’s the vibe:
- A solid 112 UCAS points from 3 A-levels (or equivalent), 104 UCAS points from 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level). 💯
- The permanent right to live and work in the UK. 🇬🇧
- Super-sharp communication skills (written and verbal) to explain complex stuff clearly. 🗣️
- The ability to dive into data, spot patterns, and solve problems like a pro. 💡
- Amazing interpersonal skills to build connections and stay cool under pressure. 😎
- A genuine curiosity about business and commerce, plus awesome organisational and time management skills. ⏰
- A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices when needed. ✈️
