You'll team up with experienced audit pros to dive deep into clients' financial records, processes, and controls. 🕵️♀️ Your mission? To make sure everything is accurate and build solid trust with everyone involved. You'll be a key player in making financial statements shine! 🌟
Right from the start, you’ll be studying for your Chartered Accountant qualification. 📚 We’ve got your back every step of the way – no one gets left behind!
Your Impact will include:
- Becoming a vital part of our team from day one, jumping into client work fast. You'll start in a supportive team and gradually take on your own projects. 💪
- Collaborating with a diverse range of clients, from local businesses to big corporations, plus charities and other awesome organisations. 🤝
You'll mostly be based in the office or at client sites, which is perfect for building awesome relationships with your colleagues and getting the support you need as you grow. 🏢
What we're hunting for:
We believe passion, personality, and being your unique self are key to smashing it at RSM. If you're keen to grow, collaborate, and leave your mark, here's what you'll need:
- A minimum of 112 UCAS points from three A-levels (or equivalent), 104 UCAS points from four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level). 💯
- The permanent right to live and work in the UK. 🇬🇧
- Awesome communication skills (both written and verbal) to explain tricky stuff clearly. 🗣️
- The ability to analyse and crack problems using data. 🧠
- Superb people skills to build relationships and stay cool under pressure. 😎
- A genuine buzz for business and commerce, plus ninja-level organisation and time management. ⏰
- A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices when needed. ✈️
