The Role:

Whatever your specialism, youโ€™ll be:

  • Working directly with clients and colleagues on both compliance and advisory. ๐Ÿ’ผ

  • Developing the confidence, judgement, and technical skills to become a trusted business adviser. ๐Ÿค”

What we're looking for:

Weโ€™re seeking curious, motivated individuals ready to get involved. No prior tax knowledge is needed โ€“ weโ€™ll provide the training, support, and experience to launch your career. ๐Ÿ’ช

To be considered, youโ€™ll need:

  • A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A levels (or equivalent level 3 qualification), 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level). ๐Ÿ“š
  • The permanent right to live and work in the UK. ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง
  • A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required. ๐Ÿš—

*RSM does not accept General Studies, AS levels, or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).*

Your start date will be 14 September 2027. ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ This date is mandatory; the training you receive from day one is designed to give you the best possible start to your career with us.
