💡 What You Could Be Doing 💡
Expect to be in the office or with clients 5 days a week – that's where the magic happens! ✨ You'll be working with experienced colleagues who've got your back, pushing you, and helping you build serious confidence. Depending on your chosen path, you might be:
- Crafting official financial statements and making sure reporting and compliance are spot on. 📊
- Transforming raw financial data into insights that help clients make killer decisions. 📈
- Chatting with people at all levels of a business, from the front lines to the top dogs. 🤝
- Interviewing folks, digging through documents, analyzing data, and checking how organizations handle risk. 🕵️♀️
- Getting involved in the entire audit and assurance process, from start to finish, and presenting your findings. 🎤
- Delivering practical advice that helps companies boost their performance. 🚀
🎯 What We're Looking For 🎯
Zero experience needed! You don't need to have your whole career mapped out, and you definitely don't need all the answers. We're searching for people who are:
- Curious: Always asking "why?" and "how?". 🤔
- Proactive: Ready to jump in and get involved. 🙌
- Team Players: Love working with others and bringing different ideas together. 🧑🤝🧑
To be considered, you'll need:
- A minimum of 112 UCAS points from three A levels (or equivalent Level 3 qualification) OR 104 UCAS points from four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate higher level.
- The legal right to live and work in the UK. 🇬🇧
- A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices when needed. ✈️
*Please note: General Studies, AS levels, and the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) are not considered for entry.*
