As soon as you join, you'll start crushing your Chartered Accountant qualification studies, with your first exams hitting within months. No worries, though – we've got your back every step of the way! 🙌
Your Impact Will Include:
- Becoming a vital part of our squad from day one, jumping into client work ASAP. You'll start as part of a bigger team and grow into leading your own projects. 🌟
- Tackling projects for a wild range of clients, from cool owner-managed businesses to massive listed groups, plus charities and pension schemes. 🌍
- Primarily being based in the office or at client sites, giving you the chance to build solid relationships with your colleagues and get the support you need to shine. ✨
What We're Looking For:
We reckon passion, personality, and originality are key to crushing it at RSM. If you're all about growing, collaborating, and making a difference, check this out:
- A minimum of 112 UCAS points from three A levels (or equivalent Level 3 qualification), 104 UCAS points from four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level). 📚
- You’ve got the permanent right to live and work in the UK. 🇬🇧
- Super clear communication skills (written and verbal) to break down complex stuff for your team and clients. 🗣️
- The brains to analyse and interpret data to solve problems like a pro. 🧠
- Awesome people skills to build relationships and keep your cool under pressure. 😎
- A genuine buzz for business and commerce, plus killer organisational and time management skills. ⏱️
- Ready to travel to client sites and other offices when needed. ✈️
