WHAT IS CONSULTING?
Companies today are tackling new tech 💻, changing rules 📜, economic ups and downs 📉, and higher expectations. They need sharp minds to connect ideas, grasp business needs, and solve tricky problems. That's where you come in! From day one, you'll be on real client projects, learning from experienced pros and growing your responsibilities as you gain confidence. Most of your learning will happen face-to-face in client meetings, team discussions, and chats with colleagues who've seen it all. 🤝
YOUR STARTING POINT
You'll kick off your journey in one of our two major areas:
- Finance Function Support: Helping organisations feel confident about their finances, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and readiness for the future. 📊
- Risk and Governance: Ensuring organisations manage risk effectively and operate with strong governance. 🛡️

WHAT YOU COULD BE DOING
Expect to spend your week in the office or with clients – that's where the magic happens! ✨ You'll work with experienced colleagues who'll guide, challenge, and boost your confidence.
Depending on your chosen path, you might:
- Prepare financial statements and ensure reporting is spot on. 📝
- Transform financial data into insights that help clients make smart decisions. 💡
- Chat with people at all levels, from frontline staff to top execs. 🗣️
- Conduct interviews, review documents, analyse data, and test risk management processes. 🕵️
- Be involved in the full audit and assurance process, from planning to presenting findings. 📊
- Offer practical recommendations to help organisations improve how they work. ✅
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
No prior experience or a perfectly mapped-out career plan needed! We're after curious individuals who aren't afraid to ask questions, love to get involved, and enjoy working as part of a team. 🤩
To be considered, you'll need:
- A minimum of 112 UCAS points from A levels (or equivalent).
- The legal right to work in the UK. 🇬🇧
- A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as needed. ✈️

Your exciting career officially begins on 14 September 2027. This start date is key, as our comprehensive training is designed to set you up for success from the get-go. 🗓️
