You'll be diving headfirst into auditing clients' financial records and controls with your audit squad. Your mission? Ensuring financial statements are spot on and building serious trust with everyone involved. ✅

As soon as you join, you'll be leveling up your skills towards a Chartered Accountant qualification, with your first exams coming up in the first few months. Don't sweat it, we've got your back every step of the way! 💪

Here’s how you’ll make waves:

• Be a Team MVP from Day 1: Jump into client work, starting as part of a bigger team and then taking on your own projects. 🌟
• Vary Your Clients: Work with everyone from local businesses to massive listed companies, plus charities and non-profits. 💼
• Connect & Collaborate: You'll mostly be based in the office or at client sites, building solid relationships with your colleagues and getting the support you need. 🤝

What we're hunting for:

We're all about passion, personality, and fresh ideas at RSM. If you're eager to grow, collaborate, and make a real impact, you’ll need:

• A minimum of 112 UCAS points from 3 A-levels (or equivalent), 104 UCAS points from 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level). 🎓
• The legal right to live and work permanently in the UK. 🇬🇧
• Clear communication skills (written and verbal) to break down complex stuff for teammates and clients. 🗣️
• The ability to crunch numbers and solve problems. 🧠
• Awesome people skills to build connections and keep your cool under pressure. 😎
• A genuine buzz for business and commerce, plus top-notch organisation and time management. ⏰
• A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices when needed. ✈️
