From day one, you'll be studying to become a Chartered Accountant, with exams happening in your first few months. Don't sweat it – we've got your back with full support every step of the way. 🤗
Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
- Become a vital part of our team immediately, getting stuck into client work and progressing from team projects to owning your own responsibilities. 💪
- Work with a super diverse range of clients, from awesome small businesses to major listed companies, plus charities and not-for-profits! 🤝
- You'll be mostly based in our office or at client sites, so you can build awesome connections with colleagues and get the support you need to shine. 🌟
What we’re looking for in you:
We believe passion, personality, and bringing your unique self are key to thriving at RSM. If you’re ready to grow, collaborate, and make a real difference, here’s what you’ll need:
- Academics: A minimum of 112 UCAS points from three A levels (or equivalent), 104 UCAS points from four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level).
- Eligibility: You need to have a permanent right to live and work in the UK. 🇬🇧
- Communication: You can explain complex stuff clearly, both in writing and speaking, to your team and clients. 🗣️
- Problem-Solving: You love digging into data, spotting trends, and figuring out solutions. 🧠
- People Skills: You're great at building relationships and can keep your cool even when things get busy. 😎
- Curiosity: A genuine interest in how businesses work, plus awesome organisation and time management skills. ⏰
- Flexibility: A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices when needed. ✈️
Important Note: We can't accept General Studies, AS levels, or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) for this role.
