Here's how you'll make an impact:
- Be a core team member from day one, jumping into client work and taking on responsibility as you grow. 📈

- Work mostly from our office or at client sites, fostering strong connections with your colleagues and getting the support you need. 🤝
What we're hunting for:
We believe passion, personality, and a unique spark are key to smashing it at RSM. If you're keen to grow, collaborate, and make a real difference, here’s what you’ll need:
- A minimum of 112 UCAS points from A levels (or equivalent), 104 UCAS points from Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level). 📚
- The permanent right to live and work in the UK. 🇬🇧
- Super clear communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain tricky stuff to your team and clients. 🗣️
- A knack for analysing data and solving problems. 💡
- Awesome people skills to build relationships and keep your cool under pressure. 😎
- A genuine curiosity about business and commerce, plus top-notch organisation and time management. ⏱️
- A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices when needed. ✈️
