Businesses are dealing with all sorts of wild stuff: new tech 💻, changing rules 📜, economic twists 🎢, and customers wanting more and more. They need bright minds who can connect dots, get how things work, and solve problems that are anything but simple. That's where YOU come in. From day one, you'll be diving into real client projects, learning from seasoned pros, and leveling up your responsibilities as you get your confidence on. Forget being stuck behind a screen – most of your learning will happen in client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and chats with colleagues who are basically wizards at fixing tough business challenges. ✨
Your Launchpad:
You'll kick off in one of our two main areas: Finance Function Support 💰 or Risk and Governance 🛡️. This is where you'll build a seriously valuable skill set that can take you anywhere in the consulting world.
- Finance Function Support: Every business needs to be super sure about its money. They need to know their current numbers are spot-on, their reports meet all the rules, and they're prepped for whatever's coming. But it's not just about the numbers!
- Risk and Governance: Businesses need to navigate complex regulations and manage potential threats effectively. You'll help them build robust frameworks to ensure they operate ethically and responsibly.

What You'll Be Doing (The Cool Stuff!):
Expect to be in the office or with clients about five days a week – that's where the real magic happens! You'll be surrounded by experienced colleagues ready to guide, challenge, and help you shine. 🌟 Depending on your chosen path, you might be:
- Getting financial statements ready, making sure reporting is on point, and helping with compliance.
- Transforming financial data into insights that help clients make killer decisions.
- Chatting with people at all levels of an organization, from the front lines to the top bosses.
- Interviewing, digging through documents, analyzing data, and checking how companies manage their risks.
- Jumping into the whole audit and assurance process, from planning to presenting your findings.
- Delivering actionable recommendations that help businesses level up their game.
What We're Hunting For:
No experience needed! You don't have to have your entire career mapped out, and you definitely don't need all the answers right now. We're looking for people who are:
- Curious: Always asking "why?" and "how?" 🤔
- Proactive: Not afraid to jump in and get involved.
- Team Players: Love working with others and building something great together.
The Nitty-Gritty Requirements:
- A minimum of 112 UCAS points from three A-levels (or equivalent).
- Proof you have the permanent right to live and work in the UK. 🇬🇧
- A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices when needed. ✈️
