Here's how you'll make an impact:

• Jump straight into the action as a vital team member, getting hands-on with client work. You’ll start as part of a bigger crew, then gradually take on your own projects. 💼
• Rub shoulders with a massive variety of clients, from local businesses to huge public companies, and even charities and non-profits. 🌍
• You'll spend most of your time in the office or at client sites, which is perfect for building those crucial connections with your colleagues and getting the support you need as you kick off your career journey. 🤝

Your epic adventure begins on 14 September 2027. This start date is non-negotiable – the training is designed to give you the ultimate head start! ✨

What we’re searching for:

• A minimum of 112 UCAS points from three A-levels (or equivalent qualification).
• A solid, permanent right to live and work in the UK. 🇬🇧
• Communication skills that are on point – you can explain complex stuff clearly, whether you're writing or talking to colleagues and clients. 🗣️✍️
• The ability to crunch numbers and spot solutions to problems. 🧠
• Super strong people skills – you can build great relationships and keep your cool under pressure. 😎
• A genuine fascination with business and commerce, plus serious organisational and time management chops. ⏰
• A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices when needed. ✈️
