What You Could Be Doing:
You'll be in the thick of it, working in the office or with clients 5 days a week because that's where real consulting happens! You’ll be:
- Working with experienced colleagues who will support, challenge, and help you grow. 💪
- Depending on your chosen area, you might be:
- Preparing financial statements and supporting reporting.
- Transforming financial data into actionable insights for clients. 📊
- Meeting and collaborating with people at all levels of an organisation.
- Conducting interviews, reviewing documents, analysing data, and testing risk management processes.
- Contributing to the audit and assurance process, from planning to presenting findings.
- Delivering practical recommendations to improve how organisations operate.
What We're Looking For:
No prior experience needed! You don't need to have your whole career mapped out, and you definitely don't need all the answers. We're looking for:
- Curiosity: A genuine desire to learn and explore. 🤔
- Proactiveness: Don't be afraid to ask questions and get involved! 🙋♀️
- Teamwork: Enjoy collaborating with others. 🫂
- Academic Background: A minimum of 112 UCAS points from three A-levels (or equivalent Level 3 qualification), OR 104 UCAS points from four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level).
- Work Eligibility: Existing permanent right to live and work in the UK.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as needed. ✈️
*Please note: General Studies, AS levels, and the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) are not accepted for this role.*
