Every business needs to feel confident about its finances – knowing today's data is accurate, reporting is on point, and they're prepped for the future. But numbers are just the beginning!

WHAT YOU COULD BE DOING

Expect to be in the office or with clients 5 days a week – that’s where the real action happens! You'll work alongside experienced colleagues who'll support, challenge, and help boost your confidence. Depending on your chosen path, you might:

  • Prepare financial statements and support reporting and compliance tasks. πŸ“
  • Transform financial data into actionable insights for confident client decisions. πŸ’‘
  • Connect with people across all levels of an organisation, from frontline teams to senior leaders. πŸ‘‹
  • Conduct interviews, review documents, analyse data, and assess how organisations manage risk. 🧐
  • Be involved in the full audit and assurance process, from planning to presenting findings. 🎀
  • Deliver practical recommendations to help organisations work smarter. βœ…

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

No prior experience? No exact career map yet? Don't worry, you don't need all the answers! We're looking for curious individuals who aren't afraid to ask questions, want to get involved, and thrive in a team environment.

To be considered, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 112 UCAS points from three A-levels (or equivalent Level 3 qualification). πŸ“š
  • OR 104 UCAS points from four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level). πŸŽ“
  • The right to live and work in the UK permanently. πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§
  • A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as needed. ✈️

Your start date: 14 September 2027. This date is essential as the comprehensive training from day one is designed to give you the best launchpad for your career.
