Ready to ditch the textbook and jump into real-world challenges? πŸ€” Your journey beyond school starts *now*, and it doesn't have to be university. This is your chance to earn cash πŸ’Έ and keep leveling up your skills with experiences you never thought possible straight out of school. In consulting, the learning never stops – seriously. πŸš€

What's Consulting All About?

Companies today are facing a whirlwind of new tech πŸ’», changing rules πŸ“œ, economic ups and downs 🎒, and sky-high customer demands. They need bright minds who can connect the dots 🧩, understand how businesses tick 🧠, and solve problems that don't have easy answers. That's where YOU come in. From day one, you'll be diving into actual client projects, learning from seasoned pros, and stepping up your game as your confidence grows. Forget staring at screens all day; most of your learning will happen face-to-face in client meetings, project huddles, and chats with colleagues who've spent years cracking complex business puzzles.

Your Launchpad: Choose Your Path

You'll kick off your career in one of our two major areas:

  • Finance Function Support: Every business needs to feel secure about its finances. That means accurate up-to-the-minute data, reporting that hits all the right marks, and being prepped for whatever's next. Numbers are just the start. πŸ“Š
  • Risk and Governance: Help organizations navigate the tricky world of compliance and control, ensuring they operate smoothly and securely. πŸ›‘οΈ

  • Crafting financial reports and making sure everything is compliant.
  • Transforming financial data into insights that help clients make smart decisions.
  • Chatting with people at all levels of an organization, from the front lines to the exec suite.

  • Being part of the entire audit and assurance process, from planning to presenting your findings.
  • Delivering actionable advice to help businesses improve how they operate.

What We're Looking For:

No prior experience needed, and you don't need to have your whole career mapped out – or all the answers! We're on the hunt for curious minds 🧐 who aren't afraid to ask questions, want to get stuck in, and enjoy working with others. 🀝

To be considered, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 112 UCAS points from three A levels (or equivalent).
  • The legal right to live and work in the UK.
  • A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices when needed. ✈️
  • *(Please note: General Studies, AS levels, and EPQ are not accepted.)*

Your adventure begins on 14 September 2027. This date is fixed, as the training you receive from day one is all about setting you up for an epic career start! ✨

  • Study towards your AAT or CMDA qualifications. πŸŽ“
  • Learn through a blend of client work, paid study leave, college time, mentorship, and internal development programs.
  • Access a range of lifestyle, health, and wellbeing benefits you can personalize. πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈπŸ’°
