You'll team up with our audit pros to dive deep into clients' financial records, processes, and controls, focusing on key risks. Your mission? To ensure financial statements are spot-on and to build solid trust with everyone involved. 🤝

As soon as you join, you'll start working towards your Chartered Accountant qualification, with your first exams coming up in the first few months. Don't stress – we've got your back every step of the way! 👍

What We're Looking For:

We believe passion, personality, and originality are key to succeeding at RSM. If you're searching for a role where you can grow, collaborate, and make a real difference, here's what you'll need:

• Academic Qualifications: A minimum of 112 UCAS points across three A levels (or equivalent Level 3 qualification), 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, or an Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level). 📚
• Work Authorization: You must have the existing, permanent right to live and work in the UK. 🇬🇧
• Communication Skills: You can explain complex stuff clearly and concisely, both in writing and when you speak, to your team and clients. 🗣️
• Problem-Solving Skills: You're great at analysing information and using it to figure out solutions. 💡
• Interpersonal Skills: You build relationships easily and can keep a cool head when things get busy. 😎
• Business Interest: You have a genuine interest in the world of business and commerce, plus awesome organisation and time management skills. ⏰
• Flexibility: You're happy to travel to client sites and other offices when needed. ✈️
