- Become an integral part of our team from day one, getting hands-on with client work and eventually taking on your own projects. 🤝

Who We're Looking For:
We're all about passion, personality, and original thinking here at RSM. If you're eager to grow, collaborate, and leave your mark, here's what you'll need:
- Minimum of 112 UCAS points (A-levels or equivalent) or 104 UCAS points (Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers) or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level). 📊
- The permanent right to live and work in the UK. 🇬🇧
- Killer communication skills – you can explain complex stuff clearly, both in writing and speaking. 🗣️✍️
- A knack for analysing data and solving problems. 💡
- Awesome people skills to build connections and stay cool under pressure. 😎

- Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as needed. ✈️
