Big organisations are dealing with super-fast tech changes, new rules, economic ups and downs, and sky-high expectations. They need sharp minds to connect the dots, get the business vibe, and solve problems that are anything but simple. That's where YOU come in. From day one, you'll be on real client projects, learning from seasoned pros and stepping up as you grow. Forget just staring at a screen β your learning will happen in client meetings, team huddles, and chats with experts who've been there and done that.
Your Starting Point π
You'll dive into one of our two major areas:
- Finance Function Support π: Making sure organisations' finances are on point, reporting is spot-on, and they're ready for whatever's next. It's more than just numbers!
- Risk and Governance π‘οΈ: Helping businesses navigate uncertainty and ensure they're working smart and safe.

What You Could Be Doing πΌ
You'll be immersed in the action, working with experienced colleagues whoβll support, challenge, and boost your confidence. Depending on your chosen path, you could be:
- Getting statutory financial statements prepped and making sure reporting is on fleek. π
- Transforming financial data into insights that help clients make killer decisions. π‘
- Chatting with everyone from front-line teams to top execs. π£οΈ
- Digging into data, reviewing docs, and testing how organisations handle risk. π΅οΈββοΈ
- Being part of the whole audit and assurance journey, from planning to presenting your findings. β¨
- Delivering practical recommendations to help organisations level up their game. π
What We're Looking For π
No prior experience needed, and you definitely don't need to have your whole career mapped out! We're on the hunt for curious minds π§ who aren't afraid to ask "why?", want to jump in and get involved, and love working with others.
To apply, you'll need:
- A minimum of 112 UCAS points from 3 A-levels (or equivalent).
- The legal right to live and work in the UK. π¬π§
- A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices when needed. βοΈ

- General Studies, AS levels, and EPQ aren't included in our point calculations.
