As part of our team, you'll dive into conducting thorough, risk-focused reviews of clients' financial records, processes, and controls. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of financial statements and building trust with stakeholders. 🤝
Get ready to study towards your Chartered Accountant qualification from day one! 🎓 We'll support you every step of the way as you tackle your first exams within months. You won't be doing this alone – we're in it together! 💪
What You'll Do:
- Become a valuable team member from the start, getting involved in client work quickly. You'll begin as part of a larger team and progress to taking on individual project responsibilities. 📈
- Work with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large listed companies, plus charities and not-for-profit organisations. 🌎
- You'll primarily be based in the office or at client sites, giving you the perfect environment to build strong relationships with colleagues and get the support you need. 🏢
What We're Looking For:

- A minimum of 112 UCAS points from three A-levels (or equivalent Level 3 qualification), 104 UCAS points from four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, or an Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level). 💯
- The permanent right to live and work in the UK. ✅
- Sharp communication skills – both written and verbal – to clearly explain complex information to your team and clients. 🗣️
- A knack for analysing and interpreting data to solve problems. 💡
- Awesome interpersonal skills to build relationships and stay cool under pressure. 😎
- A genuine interest in business and commerce, paired with strong organisational and time management skills. ⏰
- A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices when needed. ✈️
Please Note: RSM does not accept General Studies, AS Levels, or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).
