As soon as you join, you'll start your journey towards becoming a Chartered Accountant. 📚 Yep, you’ll be taking your first exams within months! And don't stress, we've got your back every step of the way. 💪
Here’s how you'll make your mark:
- Jump In From Day One: Become a core team member instantly! You’ll get hands-on with client work, starting in a supportive team setting and moving towards owning your projects. 🎯
- Variety is Key: You'll work with a wild range of clients – from small, owner-managed businesses to huge listed companies, plus charities and cool not-for-profit orgs. 🌍
- Real Connections: You'll mostly be based in the office or at client sites. This is prime time for building strong bonds with your colleagues and getting the support you need as you grow. 🏢
What We're Looking For:

- Your Grades: Minimum of 112 UCAS points from three A-levels (or equivalent). Or, 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level). 📈

- Communication is Queen/King: You can explain complex stuff clearly and concisely, whether you're chatting with your team or clients. 🗣️
