• Process Detective: Help us scout for opportunities to automate business processes and boost workflows with AI. 🕵️‍♀️
• Bot Builder: Get hands-on with building, testing, and deploying RPA bots using top automation platforms. 🤖
• AI Innovator: Contribute to developing AI solutions like intelligent workflows, document processing tools, chatbots, and decision-support systems. 🧠
• Requirement Translator: Turn business needs into clear process maps, user stories, and documentation. 📝
• Maintenance Master: Assist in updating and maintaining existing automation scripts and workflows. 🛠️
• Problem Solver: Monitor bot performance, investigate any hiccups, and help fix issues. 💡
• Quality Champion: Conduct testing and validation to ensure our automations are top-notch and work perfectly. ✅
• Feedback Loop: Connect with business users to gather insights and find ways to make things even better. 🤝

• Any prior exposure to automation tools, coding clubs, personal projects, or relevant online courses. 🎓

Entry Requirements: 🎓

• Level 3 Qualification (Apprenticeship, A Levels, BTEC, etc.) OR equivalent work experience (approx. 2 years in a relevant field).
• 5 GCSEs, including English & Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above.
• We're open to considering candidates with a mix of qualifications and experience that show you've got the foundational skills needed.
• If your qualifications are international, please provide official documentation comparing them to UK standards.

Working Hours: ⏰

• 9am - 5:30pm

Key responsibilities

• Assist in analysing business processes to identify opportunities for automation, AI support or workflow improvement.
• Support the design, build, testing and deployment of RPA bots using approved automation platforms.
• Help develop AI-enabled solutions such as intelligent workflows, document processing, chatbots, prompts, co-pilot or decision-support tools.
• Translate business requirements into clear process maps, user stories, test scripts and solution documentation.
• Maintain and update existing bots, workflows and automation scripts under supervision.
