🚀 IT Support Technician (Apprentice) 🚀

Ready to dive into the tech world and become a wizard with hardware, software, and all things connected? 💻🌍 If you're eager to learn, solve problems, and help people get their tech sorted, this is your chance! We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team and grow their skills in IT support, AV, and networking.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Tech Troubleshooting & Support: You'll be the first point of contact for tech issues, helping out colleagues and clients via phone, email, and remote tools. 📞📧 You'll track, diagnose, and fix common hardware and software glitches, and learn how to escalate trickier problems to our senior experts. Keeping records of fixes and following troubleshooting steps will be key! 📝
  • Hardware & Software Setup: Get hands-on with setting up and configuring computers, laptops, and all sorts of cool peripherals. 🖱️ You'll help install and set up software, troubleshoot displays, cameras, microphones, and more, ensuring everything is ready to go for our users. 🎧
  • Audio Visual & Teams Mastery: You'll become an expert in the technology we use to create awesome meeting and event spaces. This includes getting familiar with Microsoft Teams Rooms, video conferencing systems, meeting room displays, cameras, microphones, and all the connectivity that makes it work! 🎤🎬 You'll see everything from small huddle rooms to big boardrooms.
  • Networking & Connectivity Basics: Learn the backbone of modern workplaces! You'll get a grasp of Wi-Fi, LAN infrastructure, routers, switches, and firewalls. 🌐 You'll assist in identifying and fixing connectivity issues, helping to understand how all these different tech pieces fit together.
  • Onsite Support & Installations: Jump in to help our engineers with customer installations. You'll assist with preparing equipment, testing technology, and ensuring everything is running smoothly before we hand it over. You might even help with basic customer demos and training! 🔧🤝
  • Maintenance & Security Savvy: Help with the routine upkeep of customer technology, including software and firmware updates. You'll learn to spot potential issues before they cause problems and follow important security procedures to keep everything safe. 🔒

This is an amazing opportunity to gain practical, real-world experience in a supportive environment. If you're passionate about tech and ready to kickstart your career, we want to hear from you! 🎉
