Are you a highly organised, enthusiastic, and proactive individual ready to dive into the dynamic world of school marketing and events? We're looking for a superstar to join our team and help us make our school events unforgettable and our communications shine! ✨

What you'll be doing:

• Be the go-to person for coordinating and delivering a range of awesome School events, from exciting Open Mornings and Admissions events to engaging taster days and memorable alumnae gatherings. 🗓️
• Own the smooth running of event administration and logistics, making sure every visitor, family, staff member, and guest feels welcomed and has a top-notch experience. 🌟
• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to capture amazing moments, assisting with the creation of photography and videography content. 📸🎥
• Lend a hand with all sorts of marketing communications activities and provide essential administrative support across different departments. 📝
• Work closely with the Director of Marketing, the Marketing team, the Admissions team, and the wider School community, offering practical support for planning and organisation. 🤝
