About the role

🚀 Admin Apprentice 🚀

Are you ready to kickstart your career and gain invaluable experience? We're looking for an enthusiastic Admin Apprentice to join our dynamic team! This role is all about diving into the heart of our operations and becoming a master of organisation and efficiency. You'll be instrumental in keeping our daily tasks running smoothly and supporting our brilliant teams.

What you'll be doing:

  • General Admin Superstar 📁: Think record-keeping, keeping spreadsheets and internal systems looking sharp, filing like a pro, jotting down meeting notes, organising digital and physical folders, and ensuring all our info is on point and up-to-date.
  • Team Support Champion 🤝: You'll be the go-to person, lending a hand to various departments with their everyday tasks. This could mean supporting Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, HR, or Project teams – wherever the support is needed!
  • Communication Guru 🗣️: From responding to emails and answering basic questions to arranging meetings, taking messages, chatting with suppliers and customers, and making sure information lands in the right hands.
  • Process & System Whiz 💻: You'll get to learn how we manage our workflows, customer records, invoices, orders, projects, and internal requests. As you grow, you could even help us find smarter ways to do things and make team coordination a breeze!
  • Meeting Maestro 🗓️: Booking meetings, prepping agendas, taking minutes that count, tracking action items, and following up with colleagues.
  • Data & Reporting Explorer 📊: Helping update reports, double-checking information for accuracy, creating simple summaries, and assisting managers in understanding key admin and operational insights.

This is an amazing opportunity to learn, grow, and make a real impact. If you're organised, proactive, and keen to learn, we want to hear from you! ✨
