• Booking Boss: Learn our booking system like the back of your hand! Schedule, adjust, and manage appointments, keeping client info fresh and accurate. 🗓️
• Hair Prep: Get clients ready for services, including shampooing and conditioning.
• Creative Support: Assist our senior stylists with cutting, colouring, and styling. Get hands-on experience and practice new techniques under expert guidance. ✨
• Product Pro: Learn about our amazing haircare products and how to recommend the best for our clients. 🧴
• Salon Shine: Keep workstations, tools, and the whole salon sparkling clean and organized. Hygiene is key! ✨🧼
• Client Consultations: Learn to chat with clients, understand their hair dreams, and provide tailored advice.
• Stock Savvy: Help keep track of our product inventory and let us know when we need to reorder.
• Team Player: Pitch in with general salon duties, including opening and closing procedures, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Skill Up! Participate in regular training, including free in-house courses led by a pro with 20+ years of experience! You'll get to put your new skills into practice right away. 🎓
