If you’re passionate about getting people active for 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week, then this is the opportunity for you. 🚀
Our Apprenticeship Programme is your golden ticket to a thriving career in leisure! 🌟 We're industry leaders in apprenticeships, equipping you with the essential skills and qualifications for success. This 12-month, work-based programme includes a mix of on-the-job training and dedicated learning, leading to a Level 2 Leisure Team Member qualification.
As our Apprentice Recreation Assistant, you’ll be ready to:

We've got you covered with some awesome qualifications during your apprenticeship! You’ll gain a National Pool Lifeguard qualification (so a good swimming ability is a must 🏊♀️), plus a Swimming Teacher and Fitness qualification. 🎓
This role involves flexible working, including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. A successful enhanced DBS check is required before you start.
