What you'll be doing after getting the full lowdown:
- Stock Master: Keep track of all the cool gear coming in and going out to our clients. 📦
- Picker & Packer Pro: Get orders ready for happy customers.
- Warehouse Wizard: Handle store transfers and keep our stock in check. 💯
- Paperwork Paladin: Get comfortable with office admin tasks. 📝
- Quote Queen/King: Help put together amazing offers for clients.
- Trade Counter Titan: Be the friendly face and expert voice for our customers. 👋
- Sales Superstar: Make calls to customers and help them find exactly what they need. 📞
- Order Oracle: Process orders like a champ.
- Admin Ace: Tackle general office duties.
- Phone Friend: Be the first point of contact on the phone. 📱
- Heavy Lifter (with a smile!): Some manual tasks will be involved, so be ready to move things. 💪
Crucially, you need to be a confident communicator! You'll be chatting with customers on the phone and face-to-face at the trade counter. 🗣️
