If you're all about encouraging a healthy lifestyle (think 30 minutes of activity, 5 times a week!), then this apprenticeship program is for you. 🚀
We're leaders in leisure apprenticeships, equipping you with the skills and qualifications to build a thriving career. This 12-month work-based program includes both on and off-the-job training, leading to a Level 2 Leisure Team Member qualification. 🎓
As an Apprentice Recreation Assistant, you'll:
- Develop into a top-notch communicator with your awesome team members. 🗣️
- Be a key player in a motivated team that lives and breathes our company values. ✨
- Learn to deliver exceptional customer service. 😎
- Help maintain sparkling clean and tidy spaces throughout the centre. ✨
- Ensure equipment is set up safely and on time. ✅
Plus, you'll gain a National Pool Lifeguard qualification – so you'll need to be a competent swimmer! 🏊♀️ You'll also snag a swimming teacher and fitness qualification. 💯
This role involves flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. A DBS check will be completed before you start. 🔍
