Your Apprenticeship Journey:
No boring college days! This is all about hands-on, work-based training. You'll have:
- Face-to-face sessions and remote team calls with your dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks. 👩💻
- An in-workplace mentor to guide you. 🧭
- Support to achieve Functional Skills in English and Maths if needed (GCSEs equivalent). 📚
- Regular reviews every 12 weeks to celebrate your progress and provide feedback. 🎉

Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience
- Offer recommendations to customers from behind the bar
- Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations
- Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after customers whilst they dine
- Ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean, and deal with issues promptly and safely
