You'll get to shadow our experienced IT pros, soaking up knowledge and honing your skills across all sorts of admin and system tasks. Think helping with new patient sign-ups, managing medical records, data entry, and keeping everything super accurate in our clinical system. 💻 As you grow, you'll get to explore different parts of the IT department, working with colleagues across the Practice and being a key player in keeping our services running smoothly. 🤝

We're looking for someone who's organised, dependable, and super keen to learn! 🧠 You'll need good communication skills, an eye for detail, and a positive vibe to nail this role.

  • Process new patient registrations and deductions. ✅

  • Scan and process all incoming clinical correspondence. ✉️

Key responsibilities

  • Processing new patient registrations and deductions.
  • Maintaining and updating electronic patient records, including accurate data input and clinical coding.
  • Scanning and processing clinical correspondence, and managing patient recall systems.
  • Supporting medical record requests, patient online access, system searches, and data extraction.
  • Performing general administrative tasks while ensuring patient information is handled accurately, securely, and confidentially.

Entry requirements

Essential qualifications (Essential GCSE Mathematics & English (Grade C/4 or above).)
