Manpower is on the hunt for a motivated Apprentice Hardware (Electronics) Engineer to join a leading company in the electrical testing and measurement scene! Based in Dover, Kent, this is a 36-month journey of growth and hands-on experience. ๐ ๏ธ

- Get the Inside Scoop: Gain exposure to schematic and PCB design, components, manufacturing considerations, engineering changes, and version control. โ๏ธ
- Bridge the Gap: Support the move of products from development to production and help with production-related investigations. ๐ญ
- Follow the Rules: Adhere to Megger's engineering, quality, and safety standards. ๐
What You Bring to the Table:
Technical Skills:
- Must-Haves: GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English. ๐
- Bonus Points: Science qualifications are a plus! ๐งช
- Passion Fuel: A genuine interest in electronics, engineering, science, or tech is essential! ๐ฅ
- Apprentice Ready: A strong willingness and ability to jump into an engineering apprenticeship. ๐
Desirable Skills:
- Advanced Learning: A-Levels, T-Levels, BTECs (or equivalent) in Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Maths, or Computer Science. ๐
- Side Projects: Personal electronics, robotics, or STEM projects are super cool! ๐ค
- Hands-On: Basic soldering, programming, or experience with Arduino/Raspberry Pi (or similar). ๐ป
