This is an apprentice role, so we don't expect you to be a coding wizard from day one! 😉 What truly matters is your passion for software engineering, your knack for solving problems, and your drive to learn. Beyond your daily tasks, you'll complete your apprenticeship program with dedicated time for formal learning and development. What You'll Be Doing:
- Learning to design, build, and maintain software for both front-end and back-end applications. 🛠️
- Contributing directly to real software development tasks. ✅
- Expanding your knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and engineering tools. 📚
- Writing clean, maintainable code and mastering best engineering practices. ✍️
- Supporting the testing and debugging of applications, learning to pinpoint issues, understand their root causes, and develop effective solutions. 🔍
- Collaborating seamlessly with fellow engineers and wider delivery teams. 🤝
- Building a solid understanding of secure, accessible, and reliable software development principles. 🛡️

Entry Requirements:
You'll need one of the following to be eligible:
- Completed a Level 3 Software Development Apprenticeship with QA or an equivalent qualification from another provider.
- An A-level in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) subject, plus successful completion of our aptitude test. 🧪
- A BTEC Diploma in IT, plus successful completion of our aptitude test. 💻
- 2 years of experience in a relevant role, plus successful completion of our aptitude test. 📅
Don't worry if your qualifications are a bit different – a combination of qualifications and experience that shows you have the necessary foundation could still make you a great candidate! 👍

Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. ⏰
