What You'll Be Doing:
Get involved in the entire AI and automation project lifecycle, working with all sorts of people across the firm. Your mission will include:
- 🕵️ Discovery: Helping find opportunities for AI and automation by mapping out processes and gathering requirements.
- 💡 Creation: Assisting in designing and building AI apps, agents, workflows, and automation solutions.
- 🛠️ Development: Building and fine-tuning solutions using cool AI dev tools, coding assistants, and automation platforms.
- ✅ Testing: Making sure our AI solutions are accurate, reliable, secure, and totally fit for purpose.
- 🚀 Deployment: Supporting the launch, documentation, and rollout of new AI-powered tech.
- 📚 Training: Creating user guides and training materials, and helping colleagues get the most out of new tech.
- 👂 Feedback: Gathering user insights to find even more ways to improve things.
What We're Looking For:
We need someone with a serious curiosity for tech, a knack for solving problems, and a passion for AI's potential. Your experience could come from anywhere – school, personal projects, online courses, or just tinkering with tech in your free time! 🧠
We'd love it if you:
- 🌟 Have a strong interest in AI, software development, and the latest tech trends.
- 💻 Possess some coding experience or are super keen to learn languages like Python, JavaScript, C#, TypeScript, or SQL.
- 📊 Love analysing challenges and finding better ways to do things.
- 🗣️ Have killer communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 🤝 Can confidently chat with both techy and non-techy colleagues.
- 💯 Are organised, reliable, and have an eye for detail.
- 📚 Are hungry to learn and develop new technical superpowers.
- 🚶♀️ Can rock it solo or as part of an awesome team.
Bonus points if you have experience with AI tools, coding assistants, workflow automation, APIs, Agile, Jira, or the Microsoft tech stack, but don't sweat it if you don't – we'll train you! 😉
Entry Requirements:
- A Level 3 Qualification (like an Apprenticeship, A Levels, or BTEC)
- OR at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- AND 5 GCSEs, including English & Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above.

Working Hours:
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (with a 30-minute lunch break) 🗓️
