What You'll Be Doing:

• Helping design, build, and test awesome automation solutions and AI-powered workflows. 🛠️
• Digging into business processes to find cool new ways to use automation and AI. 🔍
• Getting hands-on with building RPA bots and developing AI tools like chatbots and intelligent document processing. 🤖📄
• Turning business needs into clear plans, user stories, and documentation. ✍️
• Keeping our existing automation systems running smoothly and making improvements. 🔄
• Testing and checking that everything works perfectly. ✅
• Chatting with users to get feedback and make things even better. 🗣️
• Keeping our documentation top-notch. 📚
• Making sure we're following all the rules for security, data, and responsible AI. 🔒
• Joining project meetings and discussions. 🤝
• Staying curious and up-to-date on the latest AI and automation trends. 🧠

Bonus Points If You Have:

• A little bit of coding, scripting, or database knowledge. 💻
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Teams, Power Platform, etc.). 🟩
• Familiarity with process maps or how businesses run. 📈
• An interest in AI ethics, data privacy, and using tech responsibly. ⚖️
• Any previous experience with automation tools, coding clubs, personal projects, or online learning. 🏆

Entry Requirements:

• Level 3 Qualification (Apprenticeship, A Levels, BTEC, etc.) OR at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• PLUS 5 GCSEs, including English & Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above.
• Don't worry if your qualifications are a bit different – we can consider combinations that show you've got the foundation we need. 👍
• International qualifications? You'll need an official document comparing them to UK standards. 🌍

Key responsibilities

• Assist in analysing business processes to identify opportunities for automation, AI support or workflow improvement.
• Support the design, build, testing and deployment of RPA bots using approved automation platforms.
• Help develop AI-enabled solutions such as intelligent workflows, document processing, chatbots, prompts, co-pilot or decision-support tools.
• Translate business requirements into clear process maps, user stories, test scripts and solution documentation.
• Maintain and update existing bots, workflows and automation scripts under supervision.
