What You'll Be Doing:

• Spotting Opportunities: Help us find ways to automate tasks and boost efficiency across business processes. 💡
• Building Bots: Get hands-on with designing, developing, and testing RPA bots using awesome automation platforms. 🛠️
• Creating AI Magic: Contribute to developing AI solutions like smart workflows, document processing tools, chatbots, and helpful co-pilots. ✨
• Translating Ideas: Turn business needs into clear process maps, user stories, and test plans. 📝
• Maintenance & Updates: Keep our existing automation tools in top shape and up-to-date under expert guidance. 🔧
• Troubleshooting: Monitor bot performance, figure out what went wrong, and help fix any issues. 🕵️
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough testing to ensure our automations are reliable and do exactly what they're supposed to. ✅
• Gathering Feedback: Chat with business users to understand their experience and find ways to make things even better. 🗣️
• Knowledge Sharing: Help create and maintain documentation, guides, and articles so everyone has the info they need. 📚
• Staying Secure: Support our efforts in data protection, access controls, and using AI responsibly. 🛡️

• A basic understanding of programming, scripting, databases, or logical problem-solving. 💻
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, SharePoint, Teams) or the Power Platform. 📊
• Familiarity with business processes, workflow diagrams, or process mapping. 🗺️
• An interest in AI ethics, data privacy, security, and using tech responsibly. 🌍
• Any previous exposure to automation tools, coding clubs, personal tech projects, online learning, or relevant courses. 🎓

Entry Requirements:

• Level 3 Qualification (e.g., Apprenticeship, A Levels, BTEC) OR at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• 5 GCSEs including English & Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in analysing business processes to identify opportunities for automation, AI support or workflow improvement.
• Support the design, build, testing and deployment of RPA bots using approved automation platforms.
• Help develop AI-enabled solutions such as intelligent workflows, document processing, chatbots, prompts, co-pilot or decision-support tools.
• Translate business requirements into clear process maps, user stories, test scripts and solution documentation.
• Maintain and update existing bots, workflows and automation scripts under supervision.
