What You'll Be Doing:
You’ll be working on exciting digital transformation projects, building crucial data pipelines, and growing your skills in a supportive team environment. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence, all while working towards a nationally recognised qualification with QA. 📚
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to gain real-world experience across various areas of our business:
- Client Engagements: Join Finyx teams on digital, data & technology programmes and projects. 🤝
- Sales: Help identify new opportunities and support bid responses. 📈
- Service Line Development: Contribute to creating materials that help us sell and deliver our consulting services. 💡
- Internal Initiatives: Help Finyx grow by improving internal processes and contributing to our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Inclusion, Diversity, and Equality (I,D&E) agendas. 🌍

What You'll Bring:
- A strong interest in data concepts and technology. 💻
- A process-oriented, data-driven mindset. 🧠
- Experience with the Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Ability to deliver high-quality presentations. 🎤
- Awareness of current technology trends (like AI). 🤖
- Basic knowledge of data concepts (data modelling, pipelines, visualisation).
Entry Requirements:
- A Level 3 qualification in a relevant area (any grade). This could be:
- Two A-levels in a similar subject.*
- A Level 3 apprenticeship in a similar subject.
- International Baccalaureate at Level 3 in a similar subject.
- BTEC Extended Diploma in a similar subject.
- Experience with programming languages (like Python) OR 2-3 years of equivalent work experience in a similar subject-related role.
- *“Similar subject” refers to areas directly relevant to ‘Digital and Technology Solutions’, such as Level 3 digital apprenticeships, A-Level/BTEC Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, Software Engineering, etc.*
Important Note: Learners must not already hold a qualification at the same or a higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar subject.
