• As you grow, you'll help prepare technical documents and create compelling suitability reports. ✍️
• Collaborating with our client-service, paraplanning, and advisory teams to understand how we all contribute to fantastic client results. 🤝
• Shadowing experienced Financial Advisors in client meetings and gaining confidence to take on more responsibility under guidance. 🧑‍🏫
• Taking charge of your own development, hitting milestones in our Academy, and working towards your Level 4 Diploma, with pathways to specialist or Chartered status. 🌱

Key responsibilities

• Support client onboarding, documentation, record keeping and annual reviews.
• Carry out market, product and financial research.
• Prepare technical materials and develop suitability-report content.
• Work across client-service, paraplanning and advisory teams.
• Shadow senior Financial Advisors and manage client responsibilities under supervision.
