You'll be a vital part of our Admin Team, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. This role is all about communication – you'll be chatting with schools daily, looking after our amazing existing customers, and reaching out to new ones to help them find the perfect tech solutions. 📞
What you'll be doing:
- Making outbound calls to schools, introducing our awesome services.
- Taking inbound calls from customers and suppliers, offering top-notch support or directing them to the right person.
- Keeping our database spick and span. ✨
- Building strong relationships with existing customers, prospects, and suppliers.
- Hunting down new sales leads and turning them into potential opportunities. 📈
- Helping out our Sales and Marketing teams with all sorts of admin tasks, like typing up letters and emails, and preparing quotes. ✉️
- Following up on submitted quotations.
- Supporting exciting marketing initiatives.
- Tackling general admin duties like a pro!
What you'll bring:

- Exceptional communication and organizational skills – you're a master multitasker.
- A professional and friendly telephone manner. 🗣️
- Excellent written English. 📝
- Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade C or above). 📚
- A dynamic and professional attitude with awesome relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and a knack for learning new tech quickly. 💻

Key responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to schools to introduce services.
- Taking inbound calls from customers and suppliers, providing assistance or escalating as needed.
- Maintaining and cleansing the customer database.
- Researching potential customers and sourcing new sales leads.
- Providing administrative support to the sales and marketing team.
