What you'll be doing:
- Being the awesome key person for a group of children, building a strong bond and making sure they feel supported.
- Teaming up with parents and carers, becoming their go-to resource and working together to support the child's journey. π€
- Keeping our manager in the loop about anything important β like if a childβs not feeling 100%, or if anything seems a bit off with safety. Your discretion is key! π€«
- Leading engaging activities and providing fun, stimulating play experiences that help kids learn and grow. π§ β¨
- Championing child safety! You'll be our guardian, understanding and following all child protection procedures to keep everyone secure. π‘οΈ
- Jumping into team chats, supervision sessions, and reviews β your input is super valuable! π£οΈ
- Being up for learning new things! We'll support you with training, and you'll take charge of your own growth and development. π±

Key responsibilities
- Act as a key person for children, ensuring their needs are met and liaising with parents/carers.
- Teach children, offering appropriate support and stimulating play experiences.
- Ensure children's safety and follow child protection procedures.
- Advise the manager of concerns, preserving confidentiality as necessary.
- Actively participate in meetings and take responsibility for personal development.
