What you'll be doing day to day:

Get ready for a dynamic experience! You'll rotate through our nursery rooms and Forest School 🌳, soaking up hands-on knowledge in every corner. This, plus your Early Years apprenticeship training, will equip you with all the skills, experience, and qualifications to become a qualified educator with us. 📚 This apprenticeship leads to either a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner or a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification, depending on your current experience. After that? The sky's the limit! You can climb the ladder to management 🚀 or dive deep into a specialism that sparks your passion. We're growing fast, so we have multiple positions available for this full-time role (40 hours/week, including dedicated off-the-job learning time that aligns with the Occupational Standard).

On a typical day, you'll learn to:

• Promote child welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed
