What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day:
- Rotate through our nursery rooms and forest school, gaining super valuable hands-on experience. π³
- Learn the ropes of childcare routines and champion our "learning through play" philosophy. π§Έ
- Get creative with activities that challenge and inspire children's development. π‘
- Build awesome relationships with parents and families. π
- Champion child welfare and be a safeguard superstar. π‘οΈ
- Work a flexible shift pattern within our opening hours (7 am - 7 pm). β°
This apprenticeship could lead to a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner or Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification, depending on your experience. From there, you can blaze your own trail with us, aiming for management or exploring a specialism that ignites your passion! π₯ This is a full-time role (40 hours/week, including dedicated off-the-job learning).
