As our Customer Service Parts Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact, bringing your A-game to provide top-tier service, spot those sweet sales opportunities, and become a product knowledge whiz. 🤩

What You'll Be Doing:

• Spreading good vibes and building awesome customer relationships. 👋
• Becoming a detective to figure out exactly what our customers need. 🔍
• Finding, handing over, and logging parts sales for customers and workshops, making sure everything is mint before it goes out. ✨
• Leveling up the quality of service we offer our customers, 24/7. 📈
• Trained: Receiving, inspecting, and verifying all incoming parts and their documentation. 📦
• Trained: Packing up materials like a pro for dispatch from the parts department. 🚚
• Taking on any other cool tasks related to the parts department that come your way. 😉

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote good customer relations.
• Identify accurately customer requirements and maximise sales opportunities.
• Process parts sales, including locating, issuing, and documenting, with quality inspection.
• Manage incoming and outgoing parts, including receiving, inspecting, and packaging for despatch.
• Continually improve service quality and undertake additional parts department duties as requested.
