Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities and promoting learning through play.
- Maintain a safe, stimulating, and clean environment, adhering to all safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
- Observe and monitor children's progress, contributing to assessments and development plans.
- Support children with daily routines and promote positive behaviour and social skills.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality.
