What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day:

• Rotate through our nursery rooms and forest school, getting hands-on experience in every part of our setting. 🌳
• Learn to support the team with basic childcare routines, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
• Embrace our "learning through play" ethos and bring it to life with creative activities that challenge and inspire children's development. 💡
• Build fantastic relationships with parents, keeping them in the loop. 💬
• Champion child welfare and diligently follow safeguarding procedures. ✅
• Work a flexible shift pattern within our opening hours (7:00 am - 7:00 pm). ⏰

To Become Our Apprentice, You Must:

• Be 16 or over. ✅
• Not already be in full-time education. 📚

As an Apprentice, You'll:

• Receive regular one-to-one support from a dedicated trainer.
• Gain invaluable hands-on experience in a real job.
• Get paid and receive holiday leave.
• Study for at least 20% of your working hours.
• Complete assessments throughout your apprenticeship.

• Support your team in the delivery of basic childcare routines
• Be responsible for the delivery of our 'learning through play’ educational ethos
• Innovate with activities and constantly challenge your children’s learning and development
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with parents
• Promote child welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed
