What You'll Be Doing (with support and training, of course!):

• Visiting clients in their own homes to offer care and support, following their personalised care plans. 🏠
• Helping clients with personal care like washing, dressing, and getting around. 🚿
• Carrying out and updating risk assessments to keep everyone safe. 🛡️
• Supporting clients with everyday tasks like making meals, tidying up, and reminding them about medication. 🍎
• Observing, noting, and reporting any changes in clients' physical or emotional health. 👀
• Contributing to creating, reviewing, and updating care plans for truly person-centred support. ✍️
• Championing independence, dignity, and choice for every client. 💪
• Building awesome, professional relationships with clients, their families, and your colleagues. 🥰
• Following all safeguarding procedures, health and safety rules, and company policies to the letter. ✅
• Smashing your apprenticeship training, coursework, and off-the-job learning. 📚
