  • Resource Master: Be responsible for setting up, tidying, and maintaining classroom resources to ensure a purposeful and attractive learning environment. 🎨
  • Prep & Create: Assist with preparing and repairing learning materials, including books and equipment, and get creative with displaying student work! βœ‚οΈ
  • Track Progress: Support teachers with assessment, recording, and reporting procedures, helping to maintain Individual Education Plans (IEPs). βœ…

Key responsibilities

  • Provide general classroom support, including resource management and organisation.
  • Undertake activities with and supervise pupils, individually or in groups, as directed.
  • Perform clerical/administrative duties, invigilation, marking, and assist with pupil assessment.
  • Provide general care and welfare for pupils, administer medication, and offer feedback on pupil needs.
  • Promote and safeguard the welfare of children, ensure a safe environment, and adhere to school policies.
